Jarrah honey (Eucalyptus Marginata) is unique to Western Australia. It is dark amber in colour and has a distinct and bolder Eucalyptus honey taste which is sometimes described as the caramel aftertaste. Jarrah honey has been much scientifically researched and found to have a higher percentage of activity level than regular honey, making it a well-known choice for treating wounds, burns and skin infections.
